$275 Phlebotomy Technician Training

The Phlebotomy program will prepare graduates to work as an entry-level Phlebotomy Technician in a clinic, hospital, nursing home or long-term care setting.  For Frequent Asked Questions (Click Here)

All students MUST have a high school diploma or GED equivalent to take this course.  This must be shown to the instructor.

Graduates will be able to assist in basic laboratory procedures, collecting blood and other clinical tasks.

Phlebotomy technicians are healthcare professionals responsible for obtaining patient specimens. 

They can perform various functions such as venipuncture, micro-collection, and specimen processing and handling while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

This course is designed to meet the National Health Career Association (NHA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). 

The course will prepare graduates for NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Professional Certification. 

The course includes both theory and clinical training.

The Phlebotomy national exam fee of $135 is not included in the cost of the course. This Fee can be paid at Acumen.

This course will be a 6-day course, Tuesday – Thursday for 2 weeks from 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.

There is a 4 student  minimum.

There’s a $150  fee due upfront to reserve a seat for the Phlebotomy Course & and the remaining balance of $125 must be paid on or before the start date of the class. 

YOU  MUST WEAR SCRUBS, SOCK AND TENNIS SHOES! Bring PAPER AND PEN!
